Years of practice, qualified managers and experienced team, who for the past several years specialized in providing professional services and development of professional ICT hardware and software solutions, especially for telecom and process automation - all that have allowed us to treat every order and every Customer individually. Finally it directly affects quality of our products and our Customers’ satisfaction, as Calltech offers both finished solutions for quick implementation and tailored solutions corresponding with Customer’s individual needs.
Taking into account continuously raising demand and expectation of our Customers, we constantly extend the breadth and depth of our knowledge, and train our staff in order to improve the way we create and deliver.
Implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement discipline is guided by our effectively established Quality Management System, which has been introduced in accordance to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2001 norm. It is intended to increase Consumer confidence about the quality of our products and services, and thus improve our market position.
We consistently realize our Quality Policy by following strategic objectives:

Implementation of Quality Policy and system operation is systematically monitored by internal audits and management reviews.
Professional procedures for the sales, development and servicing of Calltech products were certificated for compliance with ISO standards.
